Discover the authentic flavors and landscapes of Italy’s famous Food Valley on two wheels! Pedal through charming villages, scenic riverbanks and fertile countryside, stopping along the way to taste some of the region’s most celebrated specialties, from Parmigiano Reggiano to Culatello.

08:30 am – Set off from the Busseto area and explore the gentle countryside of the Bassa Parmense on e-bike, following a portion of the scenic Food Valley Bike route along the Zibello-Polesine corridor. Your expert guide will lead you through picturesque landscapes, with optional naturalistic stops along the Po river and charming villages that highlight the area’s rural beauty.
Along the way, taste iconic local products at carefully selected stops, including renowned Parmigiano Reggiano and the world-famous Culatello, accompanied by stories about their traditions and production. A leisurely lunch in a welcoming osteria completes the experience.
Designed for a small group, this tour combines gentle cycling, scenic discovery, and authentic flavors for a true immersion into the culture and gastronomy of the Food Valley.

- Clothing: comfortable clothing, rain jacket and foot-securing grip-sole shoes are warmly recommended
- Program: the described program may undergo minor changes in the timings.
- Pick-ups: If you add the car+driver supplement from a specific town, you will be picked up at your hotel downtown. If out of town, you could be asked to pay a further supplement.
- Difficulty: medium.
- Our drivers are NOT driver-guides, since this kind of professional profile is forbidden by the Italian law.
- Live production: being artisanal and not industrial products, the working cycle is not repeated every day at the same time, so it is not guaranteed to see craftsmen at work at each site (for example: Wine and Vinegar making, Prosciutto di Parma, Culatello).
Cancellation Policy:
- No fee up to 8 days before the starting day;
- From 7 days to 3 days before the tour starting date: 50% penalty;
- 48 hours’ notice: 100% penalty.
