A part from being the one with the most misspelt name of all time (!), I must confess that – more than anything else – I just feel like I am the person who forged a comfort zone upon my own vision of business, here at Food Valley Travel: far beyond being the company I have grown in time since 2003 over joyful and troubled times, I wish it to always be the place where my team, our clients and the local partners feel like at home. I’ve always loved food, wine and the land where I was born, with this company I tried to put all my passions and I feel that I have obtained the most wonderful job in the world!

Senior Travel Artisan & Product Specialist

Graduated in foreign languages and proud daughter of Emilian farmers, I have been working as a Tour Guide and a Tour Leader for over two decades now and as Senior Travel Artisan at Food Valley Travel since 2014. My strong point? A great passion for describing Emilia-Romagna through my own story-telling and that kind of mission-driven attitude when designing curated itineraries for clients or professionals searching entertainment and in-depth information at the same time.

Junior Travel Artisan & Digital Product Specialist

Landing at Food Valley Travel in 2019 with a degree in Science of Tourism was one of my best moves ever! Since then, I have fine-tuned my in-born sense for organization and I have developed that trouble-solving oriented mentality that the market now needs as fresh air. I am particularly fond of the new technologies applied to product placement and e-commerce and I am always super curious about the on-going trends.

Junior Travel Artisan & Business Travel Specialist

After my degree in foreign languages, I gained a truly premium fund of professional background working for almost a decade at the customer service dept. of the Ferrari premises in Maranello. After that, I took a postgraduate course aimed at developing skills and competence in the management of projects of sustainable tourism upon the guidelines of the world agenda 2030: welcome to the future!

Bookings & Operations

Being born from a local family involved in the making of Parmigiano-Reggiano, Food Sciences were my obsession long before graduating in 2021. Further along, a master degree in Cultural and Gastronomic Tourism helped me achieve a wider look on the region’s background and my well-known patience and meticulousness are of great support here in the office during the craziest days!.

I’m Eva, FV’s newest bookkeeping sidekick! Hailing from Spain with a background in economics, I decided to move to Parma to combine my studies with the passion for food & cooking I have ever since: I am looking forward to bringing an international groove to our office vibe and I am very determined to turn administrative puzzles into my personal playground!
