This unique event takes place within the prestigious Circolo di Lettura e Pubblica Conversazione inside the historic Palazzo di Riserva. Once the guesthouse of the Dukes of Parma and Piacenza, these majestic 18th-century halls offer an atmosphere suspended in time. You will enjoy a sophisticated five-course menu meticulously crafted and cooked by 5 Michelin-starred chefs and 5 acclaimed local Michelin-listed chefs. Every dish is a tribute to the rich gastronomic heritage of the Duchy, reimagined through contemporary creative artistry.
Most importantly, all proceeds from the event will be donated to a local Association to support pediatric oncology care and families at the Parma Children’s Hospital.

1st Day – 20th of April 2026
Arrival in Parma on own (or with our car&driver, on request) and check-in at Hotel Stendhal**** (double room, bed & breakfast included).

07:00 pm – Welcome aperitif (buffet)
08:00 pm – Event presentation.
08:30 pm – Seated dinner.
During the dinner, between one course and the next, a charity auction will take place featuring four items of increasing value, which guests may bid on by raising their hands and will be identified through their assigned bracelet number.
