Arrive in Parma on your own and check in at the selected accommodation in the city center.
07:30 pm take part to an unforgettable dinner for 100 lucky participants where the Torrechiara Castle will be your hood.

Wines from our cellar paired with specialties from the Spigaroli Brothers.
The evening begins with some “fuel” to face the climb: a surprise dish served upon arrival at the castle parking lot.
Upon reaching the vineyard, a roaming appetizer will be served, accompanied by live music.

Malvasia Brut, Sparkling and still water, Non-alcoholic fruit drink.
Passed appetizers:
Pike in Farnese sauce with Garda olive oil
Light ricotta and Parmigiano mousse
Fresh garden vegetable crudités
Ancient grain salad with Garda olive oil
Raw beef with Spigaroli dressing
Crispy battered vegetables

The great cured meats of the Bassa “carved by hand,” with pieces of fried dough:
Spigarolino Salami and the ancient Spigaroli
Thick lard from the Po River area with lean meat
Warm cooked shoulder of black pork
Parmigiano Reggiano from the plains and from the hills
At the table
Cod “bombette” with their traditional sauce, served with Still Malvasia
Tagliolini with fresh skimmed cream butter from red cows and culatello, served with Sparkling Barbera
Tender veal on sweet potato purée with herbs, served with Still Barbera
Spigaroli’s tiramisu, energy to prepare for the descent back to the valley, served with Malvasia Passito
Coffee from Angiulen, Nocino, Canarino, and Bargnolino
Overnight stay in Parma.
