  • Personal assistant: after signing up, you will receive the phone number of a personal assistant available 24/7 to answer any questions and receive additional information in English, German, Italian, French and Spanish. The assistant will be collecting all the information to ensure maximum comfort during the experience: food allergies, personal requirements, disabilities, etc.
  • Itinerary instructions: participants will receive a file containing all the instructions to easily reach the meeting point in Collecchio using private or public transport.
  • Immersive experience at one of the most virtuous artisanal cured meat factories in the Food Valley, Giuberti Amerio, where you will see with your own eyes how Prosciutto di Parma DOP and all the other cured meats are made, guided by Miriam.
  • Tasting of cured meats in the delicatessen cellar.
  • Walk in the countryside to Locanda Il Casale, an ancient restored farm surrounded by nature.
  • Cooking Class at Locanda Il Casale where you will learn to prepare Lasagne and traditional meat recipes.

What you will visit:

  • One of the most virtuous artisanal cured meat factories in the Food Valley, Giuberti Amerio, where, under the guidance of Miriam, you will see with your own eyes how Prosciutto di Parma DOP and all the other cured meats are made.
  • A country house managed by a historic family, custodian of the local gastronomic tradition.

  • Fresh and local: You’ll discover the importance of using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create full of flavour dishes.
  • Hands-on experience: roll up your sleeves and get ready to knead dough and prepare perfect Lasagne. You’ll cook in the kitchen of a renowned restaurant, create a delicious meal from scratch guided by Sara, and then you’ll sit down and eat the wonderful fruit of your labour.
