From Piacenza to Rimini in Emilia-Romagna, instead, you can test your mettle with one of the most typical dirty jobs in Emilia-Romagna, such as cleaning a pigsty or a barn, milking a cow, or making the delicious ricotta, that makes your mouth water whenever you see a plate of freshly made tortelli at the neighborhood deli shops.
