An innovative team-building format that combines culture, food and wine, and teamwork, offering an original way to discover Parma and strengthen group dynamics.

Participants, divided into teams and supported by a facilitator (‘guardian angel’), will be involved in a multi-stage journey through the heart of the historic centre. Along the way, they will face interactive tests and fun challenges that will require observation skills, problem solving, collaboration and interpersonal skills. A distinctive feature of the activity will be the interaction with the citizens and the local area: an added value that will allow participants to experience Parma in an authentic and participatory way. At the end of the challenge, the team that has successfully completed all the tests in the shortest time will be proclaimed “Parma Experts”.

The experience can be further enriched with a tasting of typical local products and an award ceremony.
