Paintball is a new and exciting adrenaline-pumping sport in which markers (markers) discharge paint-filled gelatin capsules with compressed air. Depending on the method of play, these capsules rupture on impact, staining the opponent and removing him or her for a certain period of time or until the start of the following game.
This game is played competitively in competitions all around the world. Typically, the game is played among raised walkway turrets and forts, or in surroundings with obstacles and natural shelters. The multiple “levels” of the field allow the game to be tackled in different ways and with varied tactics each time; only the team that manages to surprise its opponents will win!
Activity Types
Team Deathmatch
Two teams on the field face each other with the goal of completely eliminating the opposing team. Whenever a player is hit and spotted by a paintball he or she is to be considered eliminated and must leave the field until the next game begins.
Capture the Flag
Two teams on the field face each other with the objective of capturing a flag placed in the center of the field and returning it to its base. A player, once hit must return to their base before they can actively participate in the game again.
Escort the VIP
Two teams on the field face each other with the aim of escorting one of their elements called the “VIP” to the objective. If it is hit and stained you are eliminated and must leave the field of play, if the VIP is hit the whole team is eliminated.
Rabbit Hunt
Perfect mode for birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties or just for fun among friends. It is basically a one-on-one in which the chosen “lucky” person must succeed in eliminating all opponents in a predetermined time. The rabbit is immune to hits therefore not subject to elimination while all others once stained are eliminated.
Defend the Fort
An outnumbered team must defend, for a set time, the fort from the attacking team while trying to prevent them from breaking through. Once hit and spotted one is eliminated from the game. The defense wins if it can hold out for the entire time without letting any opponents get on the fort while the attack wins if it can eliminate all the defenders or get on the fort.
Domination
Two teams compete for the most “check points” controlled. The field is strewn with flags; the team that has hoisted the most of its own flags at the end of 5 minutes of play will have won. In case you have been hit and stained you must return to your base before resuming play.
